1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Web61 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Web61 provides web design, development, digital marketing, and related services. Specific project terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.
3. Project Terms
3.1 Proposals and Quotes
All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to commence work
- Balance is due upon project completion
- Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may incur interest charges
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply all necessary content and materials
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
- Maintain backups of their own data
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Client Content
Clients retain ownership of all content they provide, including text, images, logos, and other materials.
5.2 Web61 Work
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for their project. Web61 retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or reusable components.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web61's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
7. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on all completed work, covering any bugs or issues arising from our development. This does not cover issues caused by third-party services, client modifications, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
